    As individuals, we tend to know a lot about what we should be doing for our own well-being, but we often forget, or we don’t set aside enough time for ourselves, to pursue our goals.  We let life continue as usual, with that thought in the back of our mind that something needs to change.  Depending on what you wish to change, these workshops help to remind us that it is good for ourselves as well as those we love, to give some time to pursuing our own goals, to ensure we take a step towards a happier and healthier self.
