    If you really want to see how much your body and skin can change for the better, we suggest the Bikram Yoga 30 Day Challenge.  Your face has a facial every time you step into the hot yoga studio.  Remember, perspiration opens and clears the pores and clears toxins from the body.

    You will find that your body starts to ‘tell’ you what it needs.  It starts craving water and real nutritious wholesome foods. 

    The 30 Day Challenge will allow your body to go deeper into postures, and you will see a vast improvement in your practice.
