Bikram Yoga Teachers
The vision has always been to have lots of different types of people at the studio, to practice the yoga as well as teach.
You will find that this is more than just yoga. The teachers bring their own personality, experience and teaching styles to the yoga room. The teachers are there to help guide your practice.
We spend so much of our time and energy on others: our family, friends, colleagues. For some, the two-minute Savasana is the most enjoyable part of the practice. In order for you to enjoy the healing sound of silence, I have asked the teachers to pause their dialog during the Savasana, to allow you to slow down and quiet the mind.
Absolute Beginners class every Friday 6-7 pm
I constantly have people tell me that they are hesitant to try Bikram Yoga because they are not flexible, and don’t really know what they are doing.
While the flexibility will come with time and practice, the Absolute Beginners Bikram Yoga Express class, every Friday from 6-7 pm is a good place to start. Every posture is done only once, and includes demonstrations by the teachers. Everyone is welcome!

Studio rules - Bikram Yoga practice
There are two main rules at the studio:
Rule No. 1
Please take it easy with your practice.
Always listen to your body. At any stage during the class, should you need to take a break, feel free to sit down Japanese style, or lie down on your back in Savasana, feet facing the back wall and relax completely.
Rule No. 2
There is no judgement in the yoga room (and that includes judgement against yourself).
Don’t worry about what anyone else is doing. Everyone is on their own individual path in life. Some people may have injuries, some people may be dealing with stuff. Look straight ahead in the mirror & focus only on YOU !
Studio etiquette
